All entry forms require a $30 non-refundable entry fee, unless the applying organization falls into one of these categories (Bands, Non-profit community entries, University Clubs and Departments, Stakes or Wards). Please mail checks (payable to Student Leadership) to BYU HOMECOMING COMMITTEE, c/o Ron Jones, 3400 WSC, Provo, UT 84602.
